Assuming this is the script the call to close is 60%.

CCR – “ Are you a member or are you paying full price today?”

CCR - “Our members save$20 for every maintenance and 20% for repairs, if you become a member now with me you too can have these savings. Would you like to hear about the different options we offer?”
